Oxford Area Senior Center offers computer classes for adults of all ages. Our goal is to provide hands-on and detailed instruction in a non-intimidating and patient environment. All class participants are encouraged to ask questions. Each student is stationed at their own computer and will receive a class manual to keep for future reference.

Class size is limited to 10. Register early to reserve your spot. Registration is important because of the limited number of computers we have and the need to prepare enough materials for each student.

Upcoming Events
   Due to interest we will have a seminar in the near future on Computer Security. We are arranging for a guest speaker to address On-Line Banking, financial web sites and security of your computer and what you can do. We also welcome any suggestions you may have on Computer Topics that interest you.

SOCIAL NETWORKING

Millions of people use Facebook everyday to keep up with friends. Giving people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.  As of January 2011, Facebook has more than 600 million active users.  Users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends, and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Additionally, users may join common interest user groups, organized by workplace, school, or college, or other characteristics.
