MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

The yellow membership application, that is in this month's newsletter (also available at the center), marks the beginning of this fiscal year's membership drive.

Please notice the Medical Update Section. Please complete this form, expecially the medical section. For your protection, we need to be current with all or your Medical Information.

For statistical purposes, Chester County has requested that we gather the last four digits of everyone's social security number. So, when you are completing your form, please put in at least the last four digits of your SS#.

Our Center operates on a fiscal year basis, which begins July 1, 2009 and ends June 30, 2010. We encourage everyone to try to pay your membership dues in the same month of each year. The date that you last paid your dues is located on the front cover of your newsletter above your name and address. If you have any questions, please call our bookkeeper, Alice Strohmaier.

Please come in and fill out a membership application when paying your membership dues.

ROVER (Paratransit) RESERVATIONS

Rover (Paratransit) reservations must be called into the Center or sign up on the daily lunch reservation lists two days in advance before 10AM so we may give the Rover (Paratransit) office their required notice.
